Lesson4 缓解冲突
这一节课的气氛可能会有一点tense（情绪方面的紧张），因为主题是“缓解冲突”，that can be hard, 因为缓解不好就冲突升级了, “试探一下”显得很重要，但也可能对方不领情继续“翻白眼”这些在片段中都是怎么表达的呢。

这个拆分片段后半段比较难，因为有些相对低频的词汇大家不熟悉。
首先来看what is your problem?
这是个问句吗？还是吐槽骂人的呢？
是吐槽，生气不🈵️的语气
⭕️sass is disrespectful talk. 出言不逊 [美国英语] [非正式]
例：

再来了解一下defcon这个词
其实会感觉这个词长得就怪怪的，它是个缩写：

戒备状态 (DEFCON)是衡量美国军队活跃度和备战状态的等级。
DEFCONs严格匹配军事威胁严重的程度。标准和平时期的协议是DEFCON 5，协议的序号越下降，代表情况越为严重。 DEFCON 1代表遭受到实际性的军事攻击，据称它从未被正式宣称。据称在这个最严重的状态下，等同于军队已经被允许使用核武器，以及各种极端反制措施。
